MINNESOTA STATE LOTTERY
DECEMBER 2011 – LUCKY MN PROMOTION
REINDEER RICHES

1. To enter, you must: a) be a registered member of the Minnesota State Lottery's players club at www.luckymn.com 2) have completed the full address portion of the sign up area; 3) enter the 10-digit validation number that appears under the latex of a non-winning Reindeer Riches $1 Minnesota State Lottery Scratch Game Ticket (Game #773) on the entry page in Luckymn.com between 5:00:00 a.m. on December 1, 2011 and 11:59:59 p.m. on December 31, 2011 and 4) be at least 18 years of age. Any non-winning Reindeer Riches Scratch Game Ticket may only be entered once.

2. Employees (including immediate family residing in the same household) of the Minnesota State Lottery, Clockwork Active Media Systems, LLC and any other company that is not eligible to receive a prize from the Lottery under Minnesota law or pursuant to a contract with the Lottery are ineligible to participate and receive a prize from this drawing. Winners will be selected and eligibility determined by the Minnesota State Lottery. The decision is final, binding and conclusive in all matters.

3. One (1) winner will be drawn at random at Lottery Headquarters by a Minnesota State Lottery representative on or about January 5, 2012 from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email.  The name and city of each winner will be posted on Luckymn.com following winner notification.

4.  Prize will be mailed to the winner at the address provided in their Lucky MN member information.  If the prize is returned to the Lottery, the Lottery may declare the prize forfeited by the winner and the winner will have no further right to the prize. 

5. The winner will receive a 16G Apple® iPad® 2 with WiFi valued at $590.

6. By entering this contest, the winner consents to full use of their name and city for publicity and public relations purposes. The winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and appropriate releases and authorizations. Refusal to do so may result in forfeiture of any prize won.

7. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries.

8. The prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable. Federal, state or local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All applicable federal, state or local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
