MINNESOTA STATE LOTTERY

MEGA MILLIONS DREAM PROMOTION
ADOPTED: JANUARY 26, 2010

1. To enter a “Mega Millions Dream” drawing, a player must: a) be a registered member of the Minnesota State Lottery’s Players Club at luckymn.com and have completed the full address portion in the sign-up area including a phone number; b) answer a question about what you would really do if you won the Mega Millions™ jackpot at mymegamillionsdream.com website; c) be 18 years of age or older and d) be a resident of Minnesota.
2. Employees (including immediate family residing in the same household) of the Minnesota State Lottery, Colle+McVoy and Clockwork Active Media Systems, LLC and any other company that is not eligible to receive a prize from the Lottery under Minnesota law or pursuant to a contract with the Lottery are ineligible to participate and receive a prize from this drawing. Winners will be selected and eligibility determined by the Minnesota State Lottery. The decision is final, binding and conclusive in all matters.
3. Entries can be submitted through luckymn.com beginning at 6:00:00 a.m. on January 31, 2010, until 11:59:59 p.m. on April 30, 2010.
4. Entries received from 6:00:00 a.m. on January 31, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on February 7, 2010, will be entered into the 1st weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
5. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on February 8, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on February 14, 2010, will be entered into the 2nd weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
6. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on February 15, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on February 21, 2010, will be entered into the 3rd weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
7. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on February 22, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on February 28, 2010, will be entered into the 4th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
8. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on March 1, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on March 7, 2010, will be entered into the 5th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
9. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on March 8, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on March 14, 2010, will be entered into the 6th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
10. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on March 15, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on March 21, 2010, will be entered into the 7th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
11. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on March 22, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on March 28, 2010, will be entered into the 8th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
12. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on March 29, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on April 4, 2010, will be entered into the 9th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
13. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on April 5, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on April 11, 2010, will be entered into the 10th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
14. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on April 12, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on April 18, 2010, will be entered into the 11th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
15. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on April 19, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on April 25, 2010, will be entered into the 12th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
16. Entries received from 12:00:00 a.m. on April 26, 2010, through 11:59:59 p.m. on April 30, 2010, will be entered into the 13th weekly drawing and into the Grand Prize drawing.
17. Players may submit only one (1) entry per day during the thirteen-week contest.
18. Players are eligible to win prizes from more than one (1) drawing.
19. Thirteen (13) weekly drawings will be held on or about: February 8, February 16, February 22, March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29, April 5, April 12, April 19, April 26 and May 3, 2010. At each weekly drawing, one (1) entry will be selected from all eligible entries to receive a Mega Millions™ for a Year Coupon Book (104 free Mega Millions™ plays). The Grand Prize drawing will be held immediately after the final weekly drawing (the 13th weekly drawing). One (1) winner will be selected in the Grand Prize drawing. The winner will receive $10,000. If the first entry selected in the weekly drawing or the Grand Prize drawing is deemed ineligible or does not claim the prize, one (1) of the additional alternate entries drawn will receive the prize. The Lottery will, by use of mechanical or other devices, randomly determine which of the entries submitted is selected.
20. The person whose name appears on a selected entry by the Lottery in the 1st through 13th weekly Mega Millions Dreams drawings will be notified after their entry has been drawn and declared eligible. The person whose name appears on the selected entry in the drawing for one (1) of the weekly prizes will be mailed the prize.
21. The person whose name appears on the selected entry in the drawing for the Grand Prize must fill out a claim form and submit it to the Lottery in person at the Lottery headquarters located at 2645 Long Lake Road, Roseville, MN. If the claim is validated by the Lottery, the prize will be awarded to the player for payment in the amount due less applicable federal and state withholding tax. If a winner is delinquent in the payment of state taxes or owes a debt as defined in Minnesota Statutes §270A.03, subdivision 5, the amount due will be deducted from their prize. In the event that the claim is not validated by the Lottery, the claim shall be denied and the player shall be notified promptly. If the person whose name appears on the selected entry does not present a completed claim form to the Lottery within 60 days from the date of the drawing, that person(s) forfeits all rights that they may have had to the prize.
22. Odds of an entry being selected in one (1) of the My Mega Millions Dream Drawings are dependent on the number of entries received for that drawing.
23. No cash equivalent will be awarded for the Mega Millions™ for a Year Coupon Book prize. The prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable. All applicable federal, state or local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law.
24. By entering a drawing, a person whose entry has been selected consents to full use of their name, city of residence and photo for publicity and public relations purposes such as being identified on the luckymn.com website or as winner information provided on Lottery tickets. The winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility or appropriate releases and refusal to do so may result in forfeiture of any prize won.
