MINNESOTA STATE LOTTERY
SURPRISE AND DELIGHT – LUCKYMN PROMOTION

I.    Eligibility for the Surprise and Delight Drawings

A.  To enter, a person must: a) be a registered member of the Minnesota State Lottery’s Players Club at www.luckymn.com; b) have completed the full address portion of the sign-up area; c) entered a valid non-winning ticket into a qualifying second chance contest at Lucky MN between 12:00:00 a.m. on September 1, 2011 and 11:59:59 p.m. on December 14, 2011; d) qualifying second chance contests include Caddy Cash, Minnesota MONOPOLY Millionaire, Shake Rattle & Roll, Wildlife Winnings and the Wheel of Fortune Hollywood Drawings; and d) be at least 18 years of age.

B.  Eligible entries must have been submitted through luckymn.com into any qualifying second chance contest beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. on September 1, 2011, until 11:59:59 p.m. on December 14, 2011.  All entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. on November 30, 2011 are eligible for the December 1, 2011 Surprise and Delight Drawing.  All entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. on December 7, 2011 are eligible for the December 8, 2011 Surprise and Delight Drawing.   All entries received by 11:59:59 p.m. on December 14, 2011 are eligible for the December 15, 2011 Surprise and Delight Drawing. 

C.  Employees (including immediate family members residing in the same household) of the Minnesota State Lottery, Clockwork Active Media Systems, LLC and any other company that is not eligible to receive a prize from the Lottery under Minnesota law or pursuant to a contract with the Lottery are ineligible to participate and receive a prize from this drawing. Winners will be selected and eligibility determined by the Minnesota State Lottery. The decision is final, binding and conclusive in all matters.

D.  The Lottery is not responsible for delayed, lost or misdirected e-mails or electronic submission of an entry.

E.  A person or any immediate family member (spouse, child, parent, brother or sister) residing in the same household may only be selected once in the three (3) Surprise and Delight Drawings.  A person, or an immediate family member that has previously been selected in a qualifying second chance drawing is ineligible to receive a prize in any of the Surprise and Delight Drawings.

II.    Selection of Entries for the Surprise and Delight Drawings

A. The Lottery will conduct a total of three (3) Surprise and Delight Drawings on or about the following dates:
                1. December 1, 2011
                2. December 8, 2011
                3. December 15, 2011 

B.  Fifty (50) winners will be selected at each Drawing.

C. The Lottery will, by use of mechanical or other devices, randomly determine which of the entries submitted are selected.

D. The odds of any particular entry being selected in the Surprise and Delight Drawings are dependent on the number of entries submitted and the eligibility of each of the entries received.

III.    Surprise and Delight Drawing Prize

A.  Five (5) Minnesota State Lottery Merry Money scratch tickets valued at a total of $10 will be awarded to each winner.

B.  No cash equivalents will be awarded.  Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.  Federal, state or local taxes on any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. 

C.  Prizes will be mailed to the address listed in the winners luckymn.com profile. The lottery is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

D. This promotion may be terminated at any time by the Lottery.  This promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  All applicable federal, state or local laws apply.
