Problems logging in or submitting entries

Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the home page of luckymn.com and follow the instructions.

Q: My password is not being accepted when I try to log in.
A: Your password is case sensitive, so you must type it exactly the way you did when you registered. If you have not registered at luckymn.com, you must do so before you can log in and submit entries. To sign up, go to luckymn.com and follow the instructions.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem at the second chance website?
A: Go to the FEEDBACK page to let us know what problem you are experiencing. We will assist you via return e-mail. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly working through the problem.

Q: I made a typing mistake when I submitted my entry. How do I check for and correct entry errors?
A: Entries can not be deleted or changed once submitted.  Please verify your entries before clicking the submit button.

Q: I tried to submit an entry and got a message that the ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my hand, and what should I do?
A: Sometimes if a user inadvertently double-clicks the SUBMIT button, the entry is recorded, and the system thinks the user is trying to enter it a second time.

Changing personal information

Q: How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?
A: Log in to luckymn.com with your current e-mail and password. Once logged in, go to Edit Profile and make your desired changes, then click the SUBMIT button to make the changes effective.

Q: I have changed my e-mail address. Can I change it in my registration information?
A: Yes. Log in to luckymn.com with your old e-mail and password. Once logged in, go to Edit Profile and make your desired changes, then click the SUBMIT button to make the changes effective.

Questions about entries and tickets

Q: Can I enter a drawing more than once?
A: YES! You may enter any drawing as many times as you wish, however, each entry requires the use of separate qualified tickets.

Q: What happens to the ticket entries that do not get picked in a drawing? Are they retained for future drawings?
A: Whether an entry is retained for future drawings depends on the rules of each game.  Please check the RULES page of the second chance game for more information and entry periods for each drawing.

Q: How can I be sure that my Internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit your entry, a record of it shows up on the bottom of your SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY page.  If the entry is recorded there, you can be assured that it is in the system.  Note:  The entries displayed are current entries only.  Previously submitted entries will not be listed but have been submitted.

Q: Can I throw away the tickets after I have entered them into a drawing?
A: Yes, after you have submitted an entry via the internet, you do not need to keep that ticket.
