How to Enter Online
You will need a non-winning Minnesota State Lottery Wheel of Fortune scratch ticket to enter.
Click the ENTER HERE button above and LOG IN if you have not already done so. On the Wheel of Fortune Enter Tickets Page, enter the 10-digit Validation number located on the front of the ticket, then click the Submit button. A message will appear confirming your successful entry into the drawing.
To enter by mail, just follow the directions on the back of your Wheel of Fortune scratch ticket, and drop it in the mail.
Enter as many times as you like but any non-winning Minnesota State Lottery Wheel of Fortune scratch ticket may only be used once in this contest, and cannot also be used for any other Lottery second-chance contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
