MINNESOTA STATE LOTTERY
INTERACTIVE WHEEL OF FORTUNE® BONUS GAME PROMOTION

I.  Name of Promotion
The name of this promotion that will be conducted in conjunction with Wheel of Fortune® Second Chance Promotion will be the “Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game” Promotion.

II. Eligibility
A. To enter the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawing a player must 1) register as a member of the Lottery’s players club at www.luckymn.com; 2) have completed the full address portion of the sign up area; 3) install/update the newest version of Flash Player if prompted; 4) enter a non-winning Wheel of Fortune® scratch ticket into the Wheel of Fortune® Second Chance Promotion on the Internet; 5) select the “Play The Game” option; 6) have a LuckyMN player's registration address within Minnesota or one of the four states bordering Minnesota (North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa or Wisconsin) and 7) be at least 18 years of age.

B. Entries for a particular month must be made between 12:00:00 a.m. on the first day of the month and 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the prior month.

C. Each time a player enters a non-winning Wheel of Fortune® Scratch ticket into the Wheel of Fortune® Second Chance Promotion on the Internet, the player will be given the option to play the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game. Players may opt to (1.) PLAY THE GAME, (2.) SKIP THE GAME and ENTER ANOTHER TICKET or (3.) SKIP THE GAME and RETURN TO PLAYERS CLUB.  Players who opt to PLAY THE GAME will be awarded random numbers of monthly drawing entries and “Wheel Gold” pieces earned.

D. To be eligible to receive a prize from this promotion the person who submits an entry must not be ineligible to receive a Lottery prize under Minnesota Law, pursuant to a contract with the Lottery or pursuant to these procedures.

E. An entry is not valid for a prize in an Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Drawing if the person has been selected and received the top prize in a previous Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Drawing within the last three (3) months.

F. An entry submitted will be considered invalid if it does not meet all of the requirements for eligibility stated in this section.

III. Selection of Entries for the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion Drawing
A. Entries submitted between 12:00:00 a.m. on August 23, 2011 through 11:59:59 p.m. September 30, 2011 will be eligible for the first Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawing.

B. Entries submitted between 12:00:00 a.m. on the first day of subsequent months through 11:59:59 p.m. on the last day of the month will be eligible for the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawing.

C. The Lottery will conduct the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawing for the previous month on or about the first Thursday of each month.
D. The Lottery will select three (3) entries monthly in each of the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawings.  Each eligible entry selected will receive a prize pack valued at approximately $40.00.

E. The Lottery will, by use of mechanical or other devices, randomly determine which of the entries submitted are selected.

F. The odds of any particular entry being selected in the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawing are dependent on the number of games played and entries randomly generated for the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion.

G. The last day to enter Wheel of Fortune® non-winning tickets and play the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game will be August 15, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m.  The final monthly drawing will occur on or about August 23, 2012.

H. Wheel Gold pieces will be held in the Lucky MN player’s account for 60 days after the Wheel of Fortune® Second Chance Promotion ends.  Wheel Gold pieces not used or transferred to Facebook by October 14, 2012 will expire.

IV. Claiming an Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion Drawing Prize
A. The person whose name is submitted with an entry that was selected by the Lottery in a monthly Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion drawing will be notified after their entry has been drawn and declared eligible. The prize will then be mailed to the address listed in their Lucky MN registration.  If the prize is returned to the Lottery, the Lottery may declare the prize forfeited by the winner and the winner will have no further right to the prize.

B. By submitting an entry into the Wheel of Fortune® Second Chance Promotion and claiming a prize, the person consents to the use by the Lottery of his or her name and/or likeness for advertising, trade or promotional purposes without further compensation.

V. Earning Wheel Gold Pieces
A. Players who play the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game or who opt to skip the game but reveal winnings, may earn Wheel Gold pieces.  Wheel Gold pieces may be redeemed only on the Wheel of Fortune® Game Facebook page for game play.  Wheel Gold pieces have no monetary value. Players who wish to use their Wheel Gold pieces for game play on Facebook must have a Facebook page or must sign-up for a Facebook page.

B. Players who wish to redeem their Wheel Gold pieces earned in the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game must click on the “Redeem Wheel Gold” button on the Wheel of Fortune® Second Chance Promotion page via Lucky MN. 

VI.  Termination of the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion
If, for any reason, the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to, without limitation, errors in these official rules or advertising for this promotion, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of the Lottery that, in the sole judgment of the Lottery, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Lottery reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

VII. Governing Law
By participating in the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion by submitting an entry to the Lottery, the person agrees to comply with and abide by the game procedures for the Interactive Wheel of Fortune® Bonus Game Promotion; Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 39A (the State Lottery Law); Minnesota Rules, Chapter 7857 (the Lottery's Prize Payment Rules); and all final decisions of the Director of the Lottery.  All applicable federal, state or local laws apply; void where prohibited by law.  Players actions within Facebook and/or the GSN Wheel of Fortune® game are subject to the terms and conditions of Facebook and GSN respectively.  The Wheel of Fortune® game on Facebook is operated by Game Show Network, LLC ("GSN").
