NOTE: Verizon Network customers are not eligible to download the ringtone at this time.
Ringtones are delivered though a combination of an SMS text message and your phone’s Internet browser. You won't be able to download without SMS and a browser, so please make sure both are available on your phone and enabled in your mobile carrier service plan.
Ringtones are only supported by certain cell phone models and carriers. Check your mobile device’s compatibility to determine whether or not downloading is possible. You can currently download to phones on the AT&T Wireless/Cingular, Sprint/Nextel and T-Mobile USA networks. Verizon will be available soon.
In order to download the ringtone to your mobile device, open the text message containing the URL link. Once it is open follow the prompts contained in the message and the item will be sent directly to your phone. Some phones may not notify you when the download message arrives, so please take a look to see if it's there. Depending on the phone model, the message will be placed in either the Inbox, Funbox, Service Inbox, Browser Messages or Push Inbox folder.
Before you can use your new ringtone you may need to save the file to another location on your phone. Every mobile handset is unique, so please refer to your user manual or visit your carrier’s web site for instructions on how to access your new download.
Access Instructions (by phone model):
Motorola:
Typically, you have to hit the top-middle button on your Moto phone and select “Goto.” This will open up the WAP browser and load the URL in your text message.

Most Samsungs have a “Cut Address” option, this should find the web URL and allow you to open it. On a few Samsungs, you will have to open the URL manually,
meaning you have to type it into your WAP browser.
